How do you measure body composition with the Galaxy Watch 4?
In short
In the Body composition tile, enter gender, height and weight, then put your middle and ring finger on the watch buttons and lift your arms away from your body without your hands touching.
Step by step
- On the watch, open the Body composition tile and start measuring.
- Enter your gender, your height in centimeters and your weight.
- Read the warning. The measurement is for well-being, not for diagnosis.
- Slide the watch higher up your wrist if the watch asks you to.
- Put your middle and ring finger on the buttons of the watch.
- Make sure your hands don't touch each other during the measurement.
- Lift your arms away from your body and don't move until the measurement is done.
Don’t take the measurement if you wear a pacemaker or another implanted medical device, or if you are pregnant. This is stated in the watch’s notice. As a left-hander, Jen normally wears her watch on the right and switched it for the measurement because reaching the buttons otherwise didn’t work well.
