Revolutionary video stabilization with horizontal lock
An absolute highlight for content creators is the new video stabilization. This function makes it possible to even rotate the smartphone around its own axis (360 degrees) during recording while the video stays stable in landscape orientation. With the “Super Steady” option with horizontal lock, the AI compensates for movements so precisely that no shaking or rotation is visible in the finished video. This currently works with the device’s rear camera.
AI image assistant for intuitive photo editing
The new image assistant makes complex photo editing programs almost unnecessary. With simple commands (prompts), you can change backgrounds, insert objects into pictures, or even adjust items of clothing. Particularly impressive is the AI’s ability to project screenshots of products, such as a pair of sunglasses, directly onto a selfie. Details like light reflections are calculated so realistically that the result looks deceptively real.
Nowch: the proactive assistant for everyday life
To get on top of the daily flood of information, Samsung is introducing the “Nowch” feature. This AI gets to know the user and their daily life. In the background, it scans relevant data from messengers and calendars to offer proactive help. For example, if someone sends you an appointment request via WhatsApp, Nowch automatically recognizes whether you already have a trip or another appointment planned for that time and warns you directly in the app, without you having to open the calendar manually.
