What does Jen say about the Apple iPhone 14?
The iPhone 14 is a good, solid smartphone, but for Jen it is not worth its €1,000 RRP. She would rather recommend the cheaper iPhone 13. The iPhone 14 Pro would not have been worth it for her either.
Pros
- Light at 172 g and comfortable in the hand
- Fast and smooth even without 120 Hz
- Battery lasts a day and a half
- Low-light shots clearly better than on the iPhone 13 Pro Max
- High-quality design, performance thanks to the A15 Bionic
Cons
- No split screen
- No fingerprint sensor, no freely arrangeable apps
- Cellular reception sometimes weak
- Lightning instead of USB-C, 20 watts maximum charging speed, no reverse wireless charging
- Lock screen edit mode gets activated by accident

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4
What does Jen say about the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4?
For Jen, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 is a lovely all-round package with good performance, a good camera and the flip effect. At €1,099 it is worth it mainly because of the innovative folding concept.
Pros
- Flipping and folding, low weight of 187 g
- 6.7-inch AMOLED display with solid stereo speakers
- Battery much better than on the Z Flip 3 and reverse wireless charging
- Split screen and built-in stand
- Reliable fingerprint sensor in the power button
Cons
- Smooth, slippery back with visible fingerprints on the green Bespoke Edition
- Battery is still not great
- Cover display is too small and has too few functions
- The hinge is so firm that you can hardly open the device one-handed
